scFv technology
Single-chain variable fragment
A compact, single-chain antigen-binding construct derived from the variable domains of an immunoglobulin, engineered for high specificity toward a defined cell-surface target. Popular for targeted recognition and engagement of antigen-expressing cells for therapeutic or diagnostic purposes (e.g., CAR-T).


High-affinity variants
Affinity-matured binding proteins
Engineered protein variants developed through systematic optimization (e.g., directed evolution) of key binding interface residues, yielding significantly enhanced target affinity. Mostly used to improved potency and selectivity in applications requiring molecular recognition at low concentrations.


Thermostable enzymes
Engineered catalytic protein
Rationally mutagenized enzyme variants with enhanced structural stability at elevated temperatures, retaining full catalytic activity beyond the operational range of its wild-type parent. Most suited for developing high-performance enzymatic reactions under demanding thermal conditions.


Chimerized antibodies
Humanized monoclonal antibodies

Decoy proteins
Soluble receptor decoy recombinants
Recombinant extracellular domain engineered to act as a competitive inhibitor, sequestering soluble ligands or particles before they engage their cognate membrane-bound receptors. Appropriate for neutralization of circulating immunosuppressive or pro-disease ligands within complex biological environments.
