Engineer the biologics of tomorrow

Receptorix is your premier platform for learning, designing, cloning, and developing chimeric antigen receptors, fusion proteins and engineered antibodies — from concept to construct.

Our objective is to bridge the people and biologics that cure disease — fast, proven, and within reach.

Our mission

The barrier to biologics development has never been scientific curiosity — it has been access to the right tools, knowledge, and infrastructure. Receptorix is on a mission to remove this barrier entirely, putting a proven, end-to-end development pathway in the hands of every researcher.

Accessible

Lower the technical barrier

We remove technical overhead as the bottleneck in biologics development.

Efficient

Move fast in development

We compress the journey from design concept to validated construct.

Reliable

Transfer proven knowledge

Every workflow is grounded in validated science — not just theory.

Redefining better roadmap for biologics

Four integrated capabilities — one unbroken pathway from first concept to a construct, ready for the bench.

Expert construct validation

AI-generated sequences are rarely verified. Receptorix ensures your design is validated first by an expert, flagging issues before you develop.

Developing AI-designed biologics, made easy

Receptorix is the execution layer that takes your construct from prediction to physical construct — fast, without starting over.

Close the design-execution gap

AI-generated designs stop at the prediction. Receptorix continues from there, converting computational outputs into actionable plans.

Optimization for your process

AI-designed sequences are rarely optimized for expression. Receptorix optimizes for your chosen host before synthesis.

Consult on AI-derived construct

Not sure if your AI-generated design is experimentally viable? Request a an expert review specifically scoped for AI-derived constructs.

Wherever you are

No lab, no institution, no location required.

Pioneering lab-free biologics development

You do not need a lab to develop biologics. Receptorix removes the final barrier to efficient development — physical access to infrastructure. We connect researchers and innovators directly to expert contract research services. All you need is bring the idea and we handle the execution.

Whenever the idea strikes

New ideas don't wait. Neither does Receptorix.

Whoever you are

Anyone can build including researcher, founder or student.

Whatever the idea

Any biologics such as CAR, fusion protein, antibody or beyond.

Everything you need to go from bench to breakthrough

Four integrated service lines, from expert consultation to research partnership, that support your biologics development from first design to published results.

Receptorix is built from experience, not theory

The design workflows, validation methods, and development principles in Receptorix reflect real-world experience with different biologic classes. These are the categories of proteins the pipeline was built to produce.

Fusion proteins

Multi-functional fusion recombinants

Multi-domain fusion constructs engineered to target two or more independent molecular pathways through a single recombinant molecule. Best for simultaneous modulation of two disease-relevant signaling axes in a complex biological environment (e.g., bifunctionals).

scFv technology

Single-chain variable fragment

A compact, single-chain antigen-binding construct derived from the variable domains of an immunoglobulin, engineered for high specificity toward a defined cell-surface target. Popular for targeted recognition and engagement of antigen-expressing cells for therapeutic or diagnostic purposes (e.g., CAR-T).

High-affinity variants

Affinity-matured binding proteins

Engineered protein variants developed through systematic optimization (e.g., directed evolution) of key binding interface residues, yielding significantly enhanced target affinity. Mostly used to improved potency and selectivity in applications requiring molecular recognition at low concentrations.

Thermostable enzymes

Engineered catalytic protein

Rationally mutagenized enzyme variants with enhanced structural stability at elevated temperatures, retaining full catalytic activity beyond the operational range of its wild-type parent. Most suited for developing high-performance enzymatic reactions under demanding thermal conditions.

Chimerized antibodies

Humanized monoclonal antibodies

Immunoglobulin (Ig) molecules in which non-human antigen-binding regions have been grafted onto a human framework scaffold, preserving specificity while reducing immunogenic potential. Highly preferred for developing therapeutic-format antibody with optimized safety and efficiency.

Decoy proteins

Soluble receptor decoy recombinants

Recombinant extracellular domain engineered to act as a competitive inhibitor, sequestering soluble ligands or particles before they engage their cognate membrane-bound receptors. Appropriate for neutralization of circulating immunosuppressive or pro-disease ligands within complex biological environments.

Who is Receptorix for?
